2. About Hive Studios
Hive Studios LLC develops and operates Fortnite Creative and UEFN experiences, including competitive PvP islands and brand-integrated activations.
All game-play experiences operate within the Fortnite ecosystem and are subject to Epic Games’ Terms of Service.
 
3. Platform Relationship
Hive Studios experiences are hosted within Fortnite.
Use of Fortnite is governed by the Epic Games Terms of Service and related policies.
Hive Studios does not control Epic Games accounts, matchmaking systems, or platform moderation decisions.
 
4. Game-play & Competitive Experiences
Hive Studios operates competitive game modes.
By participating in Hive Studios experiences, you agree:

• Not to cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized software
• Not to attempt to disrupt game-play
• Not to abuse bugs or technical issues

Hive Studios reserves the right to remove or restrict access to experiences where misconduct is detected.
 
5. Community Conduct
When interacting with Hive Studios on:

• Discord
• Social platforms
• Website comments or forms

You agree not to:

• Harass or threaten others
• Post unlawful content
• Impersonate others
• Distribute malicious content

Hive Studios reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict users at its discretion.
 
6. Intellectual Property
All Hive Studios branding, logos, game-play designs, maps, and original content are the property of Hive Studios LLC unless otherwise noted.
You may not:

• Reproduce proprietary assets
• Redistribute branded content for commercial use
• Use Hive Studios branding without permission

Fortnite and Epic Games assets remain property of Epic Games.
 
7. Brand Partnerships & Sponsored Content
Hive Studios may integrate brand collaborations into game-play experiences.
Where required, sponsored content will comply with applicable platform disclosure rules.
Hive Studios retains final creative control over all integrations.
 
8. Website Use
You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to site systems
• Interfere with website security
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
